Processing

All orders have a processing time of 24-72 hours regardless of shipping method selected. All transit times are counted in business days (Monday- Friday). Pick-up day is counted as Day 0. Please Note: We do not process orders on weekends and major holidays. Any orders placed at this time will continue processing the following business day. All orders are shipped with Adult Signature Confirmation.

We are currently unable to ship Internationally and to military addresses containing APO, FPO or DPO

FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $100! Free shipping is valid for all listed U.S. States; U.S. territories are excluded. This offer is valid online only. There is a $100 minimum purchase required after any discounts and before any applicable taxes. Free shipping can be selected at check out on eligible orders. Adult Signature Confirmation is required on all orders, this will incur a $5.00 fee for our free shipping option.

Order Tracking

While we strive to offer the most expedient and reliable service, VapeStar USA does not and cannot guarantee transit and delivery times. After placing your order, your tracking number will be sent to the email address specified on your account

Lost & Undelivered Packages

Lost or undelivered packages are not the responsibility of VapeStar USA, and any issues arising from packages not received must be resolved by the customer, with the carrier in use. VapeStar USA strives in the upkeep and resolution of such matters, and any erroneous shipping issues must be reported within 24 hours of the last tracking update. Please note that erroneous and incomplete address submissions inputted by the user will cause delays, returns, and other issues that will impact the successful shipping of your order. VapeStar USA is not responsible for any and all costs associated with erroneous and incorrect address submissions entered by the user

Delivery to Shipping Forwarder

VapeStar USA strives to ensure that all orders go out in a perfect condition to offer the best customer experience. For customers choosing to ship their order to a mail or freight forwarding service this guarantee is voided once the package arrives safely and undamaged with the forwarding service’s US address. These services typically repackage our products. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for damages, missing items and/or other issues that occur after initial delivery. Once the order has arrived safely to the shipping address provided on your order, VapeStar USA is no longer responsible for the delivery of and/or condition of the order, including but not limited to issues with loss, damages and breakage, customs seizure, missing items, etc.

Order Discrepancies

If your item was damaged, missing, or incorrect you must email us within 24 hours of the package’s delivery. Once your claim has been submitted, reviewed, and approved, we will assist you with correcting this issue.

Canceling and Altering Orders

Orders may be edited up to 15 minutes after being placed by e-mailing info@vapestarusa.com. After that time, if the order is already packed and ready to ship, it is at the discretion of the Customer Service Team to allow a change to your order. Due to the volume of orders VapeStar USA receives and in our efforts to provide the most expedient service to our customers, once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that it can be altered, changed, or canceled upon your request.

Sales Tax

We are required to charge sales tax for select states. Tax rates will be calculated at Check Out and will be based on the ship to address information used for the order. In some cases, sales tax may be applied to shipping costs. These regulations are imposed by both state and local governments.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are only applied to items that are returned to our warehouse. If the return of your package incurred any type of return fees, those charges will be deducted from your refund for the returned items.
